When you purchase a digital product, you receive a license to use the product. You do not acquire ownership of the original design, template, or source file unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Standard License

The Standard License allows you to use a purchased template for your own business, brand, or client project.

Under the Standard License, you may:

• Edit the design
• Change colors, text, logos, and images
• Use the design for commercial products
• Print the design for product packaging
• Use the design for a single brand or client
• Manufacture and sell products using the final packaging design

What You May Not Do

You may NOT:

• Resell the template as a template
• Redistribute source files
• Share purchased files with others
• Upload the template to template marketplaces
• Claim ownership of the original design
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the template files
• Offer the template as a free download
• Include the template in any design bundle for resale
• Use the template to create competing template products

Client Work

Design agencies, freelancers, printers, and packaging professionals may purchase templates on behalf of their clients.

However:

• One purchase is valid for one client only.
• A separate license must be purchased for each additional client.

Modification Rights

Customers may:

• Modify layouts
• Replace images
• Change colors
• Update branding
• Edit content
• Add company information

Once modified, the design may be used for commercial packaging purposes.

However, modification does not transfer ownership of the original template design.

Printing and Manufacturing Rights

Purchased templates may be used for:

• Product packaging
• Commercial printing
• Product manufacturing
• Retail packaging
• E-commerce products
• Private label products

There are no restrictions on the number of physical products manufactured using the final approved packaging design.

Exclusive Rights

Unless specifically stated as an Exclusive Design product, purchased templates are non-exclusive.

This means:

• Other customers may purchase the same template.
• PackagingSeller.com may continue selling the template.
• Exclusive ownership is not transferred.

For exclusive rights, customers must purchase a separate Exclusive Design Service.

Custom Design Projects

Templates purchased from PackagingSeller.com are different from custom design services.

For custom design projects:

• Usage rights are defined in the quotation or agreement.
• Ownership transfer, if applicable, will be specified in writing.
• PackagingSeller.com reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

AI-Assisted Design Elements

Some templates or design assets may contain visual elements created or enhanced using AI-assisted tools.

Such elements form part of the licensed design and are subject to the same licensing restrictions outlined in this policy.

The presence of AI-assisted elements does not grant any ownership rights over underlying AI technologies or software.

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, layouts, source files, and digital assets available on PackagingSeller.com remain the intellectual property of PackagingSeller.com or their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

License Violations

Any unauthorized use of our products may result in:

• License termination
• Account suspension
• Removal of access to purchased files
• Legal action where applicable

Refunds

License purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Because digital products can be downloaded immediately after purchase, licenses are generally non-refundable once files have been delivered or accessed.
